(Secondary Selection): Setting the secondary selection with
M-Drag-Mouse-1 does not alter the kill ring, setting it with M-Mouse-1
and M-Mouse-3 does.
(Mode Line Mouse): C-Mouse-2 on scroll bar now also works for
toolkit scroll bars.
(Scroll Bars): Ditto.
